revitalizing black grape smoothie ready in 5 minutes


  • 1 1/2 cups seedless black grapes
  • 1/2 cup yogurt - chilled
  • 1 cup cold milk (add 1/2 cup if you like thick lassi)
  • 4 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
  • Step 1 Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth.
  • Step 2 Voila ! the refreshing and visually appealing Grape lassi is ready in seconds.
  • Step 3 Add ice cubes , if using and serve chilled.

Notes :

*In case you don’t fancy biting into tiny pieces of grape skin, blend only the grapes first and strain that pulp before going on to step 1.

*Replace sugar with honey or any other sweetener of your choice.
