This stirfry is made with radish greens 🌱that come along with the white radishes. I have also added the white radish to the stir fry as It adds a mild sweetness and a soft texture to the dish. Serve the healthy stir fry with some cooked rice 🍚 and a curry or even with chapatis. It makes a perfect accompaniment to any meal.

Most of the times the roots of the radish is used in cooking and the leafy greens are tossed in the bin. But the radish leaves are edible and are highly nutritious. Now that you know it, don’t toss the healthy radish greens but try this recipe instead 🙂

Notes –

*The stir fry tastes best when the leaves are slightly crunchy and not mushy. So take care not to add too much water while cooking the greens.
