  • 1 cup papaya chopped
  • 1 orange
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 cup water (or more as required)
  • 1/4 cup honey (or any sweetener of your choice)
  1. Peel the skin of the papaya, cut it in half, and scoop the seeds out.Chop the papaya flesh into chunks.

  2. Peel the orange and chop the flesh roughly.
  3. Add the papaya, orange chunks, lemon juice, honey and water to the blender.

  4. Blend for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.

  5. You can add more water if the mixture is too thick.Check for sweetness,add more honey if desired and blend for another 15 to 20 seconds.

  6. Serve chilled.Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

There is no need to filter the juice as papaya is not high in fibrous material when blended.
